End of the Year
Wow it’s finally here I thought that is would never come. What may you ask am I talking about? Well the last day of eighth grade. I know that I am going to cry because even though I have only been at Mariner for one year I have gotten to know all of my friends very well. I personally know that my eighth grade year was filled with tears and heartbreaks the loss of friends and the loss of family, but though it all myself and my closest friends Jabri, Donna, Shakeria, Alana, Colleen and many more have gotten closer. Not only have I gotten to know many students more I have also gotten to know many teachers very good as well. I have gotten to know what makes them tick and personally I some time use it against them. Now that it has come to an end and we are all moving our separate weather it is to new schools or new states. So I know that at on that day of our transition ceremony I will be in joys. Not just of sadness but of happiness.
I will Miss You all

Quote
My Quotes
“I believe that every person is born with talent.”
This is a quote by Maya Angelou and I chose this out of her many because many people believe that they were placed on this earth without a purpose when in fact they were not. Because every one has a purpose that they are born with weather it be to show something or to help people god gave everyone a birth talent and they should use is to best of their ability.

Why is this my favorite Poem
Phenomenal Women by Maya Angelou is my favorite poem because it tells that women don’t have to be super models for men to notice them. It says that you can still be intelligent and have people would still love to see you. And that is so true because many people are smart and have a great heart but many men don’t look at that they at that they just face at the face or bust size and that horrible. So I love this poem very much and will as long as I live.

End of The Year
End of School
Schools coming to and end
It feels like it just began
Like yesterday was the first day
And every thing was so stray.
But now we only have a week
Until we’re all gone
And the year is a streak n my memory that I will never forget.

** Semi-Formal **
Semi Formal
Wow was Friday so cool. Every body looked so beautiful and it was just a night that I know I will remember for the rest of my life and of course the pictures will help.
When I first got there I was stunned at how many people showed up. And all the girls had dresses in every color. Denise had a pink dress, Lydia had a blue one. I was just like a rainbow of beautiful dresses floating around the room. Even the teacher (Ms. Delcampo, Ms. C, and Mrs. Albanese) looked really pretty.
And when the music started there was no stopping us. Every one was dancing to almost every song and singing.
Well to end this I would have to say that my favorite part of this wonderful experience was when they announced semi formal king, queen, prince, and princess. The king was Brandon L. The queen was Aaliyah D. The prince Brendan M. And princess was Carly C.
